Developer's DescriptionBy WHMCS SmartersPerform a seamless integration between WHMCS and Xero platforms.The module works as an intermediator between WHMCS and Xero that allows exporting clients, invoices, payments, transactions either automatically or manually based on selections.As the soon client is created/updated into WHMCS, the same customer is created/updated into Xero Account with details like Client Name, Email address, Phone Number. For Not only new customers, but It also gives us the ability to export the existing customers.It doesn't stop here; we can check the status of Synced clients either they are exported successfully or not.When an invoice is created/ updated, at the same time the invoices is created or updated into Xero Account with same details. It has an interface where admin can select more than a thousand invoices and sends them into Xero Account. Existing Invoices can be exported into Xero account as per date selections.Cancel Invoice HandlingIf an Invoice is cancelled in WHMCS, it is voided in Xero Account that makes synchronisation transparent and accurate.When a payment is made to invoices, the same invoices is updated with payment description. So, if an invoice gets paid in WHMCS then the same invoice marks as Paid into Xero Account. Also,It Works with EU Vat Addon.In order to export accurate data, It has to be configured with Mapping before syncing.
